General business regulations
Ocean Estates Ltd. remains free of all obligations for any advertisement or print errors.
Enquiries are handled in confidence and information exchanged is exclusively for use between
our company and Clients. Information regarding property may not be passed on to third parties
without our prior written consent. Any breach of the agreement will result in a damages
equivalent to the full commission. Any claim by the client of previous knowledge of the property
offered by our company must be revealed to us within five days in writing, including the name of the source,
otherwise the client is obliged to pay the commission. We reserve the right to act as property brokers
for both buyer and seller.
On completion of any sale, we are entitled to the agreed commission.
In the absence of a prior agreement the commission will be based on the localy accepted industry rates.
The receiving of property information is sufficient grounds for payment of commission to Ocean Estates Ltd.
on completion of a sale. In case a sale is concluded outside this agreement the client still is liable to
pay a commission. The client is required to notify us immediately of an alternative deal naming the parties
involved – even if we are not included in the final sales arrangement.
Any changes or amendments must be put in written form and agreed between the client and Ocean Estates Ltd..
Should any terms in the general terms of business be removed all other points remain valid.
